Manushi Chhillar is an Indian model, beauty pageant and Miss World 2017. She was crowned Miss World 2017 in Sanya, China. She was previously crowned "Femina Miss India 2017", on June 25, 2017 and she is the sixth Indian woman to win the title of Miss World. She won the title of Miss World on November 18, 2017.

After become Miss World 2017, she has gone viral over internet and media and become internet sensation.

Manushi Chhillar was born on 14 May, 1997 in Rohtak , Haryana . Her father, Dr. Mitra Basu Chhillar, is a scientist at Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), while her mother, Dr. Neelam Chhillar, is an associate professor and department head of neurochemistry at the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences .

She studied at St. Thomas' School in New Delhi and was all India CBSE topper in English in class 12. She is pursuing a medical degree at the Bhagat Phool Singh Medical College in Sonipat. She is a trained Kuchipudi dancer, and has trained under legendary dancers Raja and Radha Reddy and Kaushalya Reddy. She has also attended the National School of Drama .

On 25 June 2017, She took part in the Femina Miss India 2017 competition, representing the state of Haryana. During the competition, she was crowned Miss Photogenic, and she also win the competition of "Femina Miss India 2017" as well, earning the right to represent India at the Miss World 2017 competition.

Manushi Chhillar represented India at  the Miss World 2017 Competition and won that competition. On 18 November 2017, Chhillar was crowned Miss World 2017 by outgoing titleholder Miss World 2016 Stephanie Del Valle from Puerto Rico in the finals in Sanya , China.
