Vivo was found in 2009 as Vivo Electronics Corp. is a phone brand based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. The company is another Chinese smartphone maker to enter India recently. It makes low-cost Android phones, and those in the mid-range segment of the market. All of these are available in India too.

Vivo Y53 smartphone was launched in March 2017. The phone comes with a 5.00 Inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 540 Pixels by 960 Pixels. It's pice in India starts from Rs. 8,500.

The Vivo Y53 is powered by 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor and it comes with 2GB of RAM. The phone packs 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card.
